Product Applications
A team at Northwestern University was able to successfully utilize DGU sorted SWNT’s from the high pressure carbon monoxide (HiPco) source in order to generate conductive coatings1. The diameter range was centered around 1.0 nm and the material was coated onto glass, quartz, and polyethylene terphthalene (PET) subtrates. A conductive coating was thereafter generated which yielded sub-140 Ω/□ resistivities with greater than 70% transparency. Such results rivals that of Indium Tin Oxide and shows that the IsoNanoGauge-M material can be a great candidate for usage within plat panel displays, light emitting diodes, and solar cells. Product Delivery
We currently offer our nanotube products in two forms: Aqueous surfactant solution at a concentration of 0.01mg/mL and a surfactant-eliminated “powder” (thick film or buckey paper). We remove the surfactant from our powders via a proprietary process that involves filtration and thorough rinsing. The end result is a film-like structure, as can be seen in the above picture, bearing a density around 1mg/ 4.8cm2. Our powders have been formulated so that they are easy to use, break apart, and disperse in solvents with gentle sonication.
