Leadership Transition

As part of the succession plan of the organization, Mr. Jacques Mallette will now act as its chairman while we welcome Mr. Serge Goulet as its new president.

Mr. Mallette joined as CEO of Raymor in 2011 and has overseen the lucrative sale of the company’s 3D printing sector, the acquisition of NanoIntegris, developing a research partnership with the National Research Council of Canada, and supporting grants from the SDTC, DARPA, and NGen, while strengthening partnerships with local, national, and international partners.

Joining as his successor, Mr. Serge Goulet will particularly lead the expected rapid expansion of the organization.

Mr. Goulet joins as President of both NanoIntegris Technologies and Raymor Industries, with over 25 years of corporate experience in Canada and the United States. He graduated from Concordia University and served as the President & COO of Optimum Reassurance Inc. for more than a decade. Mr. Goulet significantly contributed to grow the Assets, Premium Income, and Shareholder Equity of this company year-over-year and is excited to do the same for the Raymor group of companies.

Under this renewed leadership, we look forward to growing and taking the nanotechnology industry to even greater heights of scientific and commercial success!
